Job Description and Goals :
To offer logistics, marine, and shipping services to the projects department and to ensure the project’s daily operational requirements are met smoothly from the NAC office or other designated work location
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that emails and faxes from principals and clients are promptly answered and acknowledged.
• Ensure that all daily logistics, marine, and shipping activities (Shipment clearances, Shipment deliveries, Shipment storages) are planned and followed up with the customer, contractors, authorities, and service providers.
• Accurately preparing Visas, Gate passes, offshore passes, and shipping clearance documents, and working with the appropriate departments and service providers to process them.
• For efficient project operations, make sure that personnel and material transportation as well as other operational requirements are effectively planned.
• Closely collaborate with other departments to provide the necessary support services.
• As needed, make hotel, airline, training, and medical arrangements.
• Keeping current records of visa, gate pass, shipments, and transportation arrangements, allowing you to inform the client of due dates for renewals and arrangements and coordinating with the necessary departments.
• Verify that all expense-related documentation have been sent to the appropriate service providers for DA finalisation.
• Ensure that services provided for each DA are updated in SAP/Fiori.
