Key Accountabilities:- - Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements such as: distribution agreements, supply agreements, E-commerce agreements, annual maintenance agreements, services agreements, NDA-MNDAs, banking/finance agreements, lease agreements, logistics/warehousing, and storage agreements. - Handing corporate requirements for incorporation, post-incorporation, and operations: Drafting company resolutions facilitating operations, corporate restructuring when required, and new incorporations.
